Wellness & longevity

Head to Toe Health Check.

A comprehensive private health check designed to give you a clear, full-body picture of where your health stands today — and where to focus your attention.

You don't need to wait for something to go wrong to take stock of your health. The Head to Toe Health Check is a structured, full-body assessment that gives you a clear picture of your wellbeing — and a personalised health score you can actually use as a benchmark.

The session is led by Mr Singh, a prescribing pharmacist with over 30 years of clinical experience, so the findings are reviewed against the wider context of your medical history, lifestyle and goals — not just numbers on a sheet.

What's included

  • Spine check — posture, alignment and spinal health, to flag anything that could be affecting mobility or causing discomfort.
  • Heart check — key tests to measure heart function, blood pressure and overall cardiac fitness.
  • Diabetes screening — blood sugar assessment and early-warning screening for type 2 diabetes risk.
  • Full body composition analysis — body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, hydration and metabolic markers for a deeper insight into your fitness.
  • Personalised health score — a single rating that turns the results into something you can track over time.

What you leave with

A written summary of your results, a clear sense of what's well within range and what isn't, and — most importantly — a practical conversation with the pharmacist about what to do next. That might mean nothing more than reassurance; it might mean targeted blood tests, a hormone consultation, lifestyle changes, or specific treatments to consider.

Pricing

The Head to Toe Health Check runs at an introductory rate substantially below the usual private-clinic price. Current pricing and availability are on the IVitamin Clinic booking page — book the "Head to Toe Health Check" appointment type. Sessions take from 30 minutes and have no downtime.

Who it's for
